I come from Italy with over 24 years of experience in the kitchen, and my heart beats with passion for Italian food. My journey started with the finest Italian chefs I knew – my mama and nonna – when I was just 8 years old. Ever since then, I have cooked in some of the best restaurants across Italy and Europe before coming here to beautiful Malaysia.
